Virtual Mentoring
Each mentee will choose their own mentor, allowing them to come into the relationship with confidence and a step towards decision-making. The ultimate goal of Ladies in Training is to cultivate leadership skills and self-discipline, while ensuring the realization of their fullest potential.
Career Shadowing
The Ladies in Training program will provide unique and personal job shadowing and educational opportunities. They will develop stronger communication skills and explore different career paths to increase their knowledge of the world of work and their place in it.
It's LIT Saturdays - Monthly Field Trip
LIT Saturdays are coordinated mentee-mentor outings designed to explore the many avenues of life and different cultural experiences.
Reading is LIT! Book Club
Ladies in Training will also host a book club, requiring the ladies to broaden their perspective and participate in respectful, yet deliberative discussion.
